 Stratus Virtual Services is a virtual call center contracted with the Arise® Platform. We connect independent agents with flexible, work-from-home customer service opportunities for leading brands and companies.


 The Arise® Platform allows independent businesses and service partners to provide customer service, sales, and support for well-known companies—all from home.


 No. Stratus works with independent contractors, not employees. You operate as your own "business", offering services through our company using the Arise® Platform.


You must reside in the United States excluding the following states:

 It’s completely up to you. As an independent contractor, you decide how many hours you work beyond the 15-hour weekly minimum. This flexibility allows you to treat it as a part-time gig or full-time job. 


 Yes—if you are certified and actively servicing a client, you may be able to add a second client, depending on your performance and availability. 


No.  As an independent contractor, you are responsible for reporting and paying your own taxes. You will receive a 1099 form at the end of the year for tax reporting purposes. 


 We offer personalized onboarding guidance, tips for success, ongoing support through certification into production, weekly support meetings and coaching sessions. You're never alone - we're here to help you succeed.


 No prior call center experience is necessary. Training is provided. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a quiet home office is required.


 Each pay period, service partners are responsible for two standard fees: a $25 administration fee charged by Stratus Virtual Services to cover administrative operations, payroll processing, and support services; and a $19.75 platform usage fee charged by Arise® for access to their systems, infrastructure, and client .


 You'll provide inbound customer service, technical support, or sales support, depending on the client program you choose.

 Yes, every client offers a certification course to prepare you for their specific needs. These courses are unpaid but essential for success—and they are all instructor led along with self-paced work.


 Earnings vary by client. Most service partners earn between $9–$14/hour. There is potential to earn more with client incentives.


 You have complete control over your schedule by selecting from available 30-minute service intervals. All client programs require a minimum of 15 hours per week, but when and how you fulfill those hours is entirely up to you—choose the days and times that work best for your lifestyle.
